Sa Pagkaing Tama at Sapat, Wastong Timbang ni Baby ang Katapat.

The nutrients that we get in the food we eat is very important because it is essential for all forms of life. Our body requires a variety of substances for growth and for sustaining our body activities.In relation to our health,we might say that eating nutritious food will make us stronger,better,healthier,and make us live longer.

Eating enough and proper food makes the baby grow efficiently and it serves as a protection from any kind of diseases or illnesses.The food of the baby must be balanced so that he/she will become normal to his/her weight.The food that the body requires to eat is based on the four basic food groups so that it serves us a basis for the growth and development of the baby.
